1. Who these Terms apply to

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on FanPoly, whether as a creator or a subscriber. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during sign-up is accurate.

If you use FanPoly on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. General rules for all accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use the Platform in line with our Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and Content Policy, all linked in the site footer. Violating any of them may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension as described in our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.

3. Creator Terms & Conditions

These additional terms apply once you switch on a creator profile.

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including confirming you own it or hold the rights to publish it (see our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy).
• You set your own monthly subscription price and any pay-per-view unlock prices; FanPoly deducts a platform commission from each payment before the remainder is credited to your wallet.
• You must ensure everyone who appears in your content meets our age and consent requirements, described in the Age & Identity Verification Policy.
• Withdrawal requests are paid out via M-Pesa to the phone number on your account, subject to the processing terms in our Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy.
• We may remove content, mute monetization features, or suspend a creator profile that breaches these Terms or any linked policy.

4. Subscriber Terms & Conditions

These additional terms apply when you subscribe to, tip, or unlock content from a creator.

• A subscription grants access to a specific creator's subscriber-only content for as long as the subscription stays active; it does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
• Subscriptions renew for as long as you keep them active and can be cancelled at any time from your subscriptions page — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Pay-per-view unlocks and tips are one-time payments and are generally non-refundable once the content has been delivered or the tip has been sent, except as described in our Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy.
• You agree not to save, redistribute, screen-record, or resell any creator's content — see the Acceptable Use Policy and Content Policy for what's prohibited.
• You may communicate with creators through the Platform's messaging features in good faith; harassment or abuse of a creator is grounds for suspension.

5. Payments

All payments on FanPoly are processed through M-Pesa. Full detail on how subscriptions, tips, unlocks, payouts and refunds work is in our Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy — it forms part of these Terms.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use FanPoly after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
