Content Policy
Last updated August 30, 2026This Content Policy sets out what creators are responsible for when uploading photos, videos, and other material to FanPoly.
1. You are responsible for what you upload
As a creator, you're responsible for making sure every post, story, and message you publish complies with this Content Policy, our Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law.
2. Ownership and rights
You may only upload content you created yourself, or that you have clear, documented permission to publish and monetize. See our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy for how we handle infringement claims.
3. Consent of everyone featured
If your content features another person, you must have their informed consent to appear and to be published on FanPoly, and everyone featured must meet our minimum age requirement — see our Age & Identity Verification Policy.
4. Content visibility settings
FanPoly lets you mark posts as public, subscribers-only, or pay-per-view, and lets you mark a profile as containing adult (18+) material so it's gated behind an age confirmation. You're responsible for setting these correctly — marking adult content as public, or hiding it from the 18+ gate, is a breach of this policy.
5. Content we don't allow
Certain categories of content are never allowed regardless of visibility settings — see our Prohibited Content & Activities policy.
6. Removal and enforcement
We may remove content that breaches this policy, and repeated or serious breaches can lead to suspension under our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
