Age & Identity Verification Policy

1. Minimum age to use FanPoly
You must be at least 18 years old to create a FanPoly account, whether as a creator or a subscriber. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are suspended immediately on discovery.
2. Identity verification for creators
Creators may be asked to verify their identity and age before certain features — such as publishing adult (18+) content or withdrawing earnings — are enabled, and before receiving a verified badge on their profile.
3. Everyone featured in content
Every person who appears in a creator's content must be at least 18 years old at the time it was created, and must have given informed consent to be featured and published. Creators must be able to provide proof of age and consent for anyone featured in their content on request.
4. Zero tolerance for content involving minors
Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers anyone under 18 is never permitted under any circumstance. Any such content, or any account suspected of involving a minor, is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
