Community Guidelines
Last updated August 30, 2026Our Community Guidelines exist to keep FanPoly safe, respectful, and welcoming for both creators and subscribers. They apply to everything you post, send, or do on the Platform.
1. Treat people with respect
Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, and targeted abuse of any user — creator or subscriber — are not allowed, whether in posts, comments, or private messages.
2. Be honest about who you are
Impersonating another person, brand, or creator, or using a fake identity to mislead subscribers about who is behind a profile, is not allowed.
3. Respect consent and privacy
Never post content featuring another person without their consent, and never share someone's private information (their real name, address, phone number, or workplace) without permission.
4. Follow the platform's content rules
All content must comply with our Content Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Prohibited Content & Activities policy — those set out in detail what can and can't be posted.
5. What happens if these guidelines are broken
Depending on severity, a violation can lead to content removal, a warning, temporary restriction of features (such as posting or messaging), or account suspension — see our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
6. Reporting a problem
If you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines, report it through our Contact & Support page so our team can review it.
