Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
Last updated August 30, 2026This policy explains how FanPoly handles content ownership and copyright. For the step-by-step process of reporting an infringement, see our Copyright Infringement Reporting page.
1. Only upload what you own or are licensed to use
Users may only upload content they created themselves or have clear permission — a license, release, or other documented authorization — to use and monetize on FanPoly.
2. Respecting the rights of others
FanPoly respects the intellectual property rights of creators, subscribers, and third parties. Uploading someone else's copyrighted photos, videos, music, or other material without authorization is a breach of these Terms.
3. Reporting infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on FanPoly without authorization, you can submit a report through our Copyright Infringement Reporting page.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts found to repeatedly infringe on others' intellectual property will have the infringing content removed and may be suspended or terminated under our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
5. Your own content stays yours
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. Publishing on FanPoly grants us only the license needed to host, display, and deliver that content to the audience the creator has chosen for it (public, subscribers, or pay-per-view).
