Account Suspension & Termination Policy
Last updated August 30, 2026This policy explains when and how FanPoly may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for violating our Terms, Community Guidelines, or other linked policies, or applicable law.
1. Grounds for action
We may take action on an account that:
- Violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Content Policy, or Prohibited Content & Activities policy.
- Provides false information during registration or identity verification, including misrepresenting age.
- Engages in fraud, payment abuse, or attempts to circumvent the Platform's payment or content-access systems.
- Poses a safety risk to other users.
2. What action can look like
Depending on the severity and history of the violation, action can range from removing specific content, to temporarily restricting features (such as posting, messaging, or withdrawals), to suspending or permanently terminating the account. Severe violations — such as content involving minors, or non-consensual content — result in immediate termination without prior warning.
3. Effect on wallet balance and subscriptions
Suspending or terminating a creator account does not waive any obligations already owed, and may result in a hold on wallet withdrawals while a violation is investigated. Active subscriber subscriptions to a terminated creator account are cancelled and stop renewing.
4. Appeals
If you believe your account was restricted, suspended, or terminated in error, you can appeal through our Contact & Support page — please include your username and any relevant detail so we can review the decision.
5. Voluntary account closure
You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Active subscriptions and any pending wallet balance are settled before closure completes.
