Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated August 30, 2026This Acceptable Use Policy explains how FanPoly may be used and the activities that are not allowed. It applies to every account on the Platform.
1. Lawful use only
You must comply with all laws that apply to you when using FanPoly, including laws in the country or countries you access it from.
2. Prohibited activities
Without limiting our other policies, you may not use FanPoly to:
- Defraud, deceive, or financially exploit another user — including fake payment claims, chargebacks made in bad faith, or misleading someone about what a subscription or unlock includes.
- Circumvent payment processing, e.g. by soliciting payments outside the Platform to avoid platform commission or safeguards.
- Automate account creation, scrape content, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform (including attempting to bypass content-access controls such as subscriber-only or pay-per-view gates).
- Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or to FanPoly's systems, or otherwise compromise security.
- Use the Platform to harass, stalk, or threaten another person.
- Misuse the tipping, subscription, or wallet features for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
3. Enforcement
Violating this policy can result in content removal, loss of access to specific features, or suspension of your account, in line with our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
